Terms of Service

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Steady Husband ("we," "us"). They cover your use of steadyhusband.com (the "Site"), our digital products, and the AI Text Check. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Please read Section 15. It requires most disputes to go to individual arbitration and waives class actions.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to a contract.

2. What we sell

All products are one-time digital purchases in U.S. dollars. Nothing renews or charges you again.

Products are PDF guides delivered through Whop. Buying the 30-Day No-Chase Plan also gives you access to the AI Text Check for 30 days. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, and Whop's terms also apply to your checkout and account. We don't receive or store your full card details. You agree that the payment information you give is accurate and that you're allowed to use it.

4. Refunds: 30-day guarantee

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 30 days of a purchase. You don't need to give a reason. - How: log in to your Whop account, find the order, and click "Request Refund." Eligible refunds are approved automatically. - Each product can be refunded on its own within 30 days of buying it. - Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. - After a refund, access to that product ends. - We may refuse refunds where there's clear fraud or abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund.

5. Not therapy, not legal advice

Steady Husband is education only. Our products and the Text Check are not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, or legal or financial advice. We are not your therapist, doctor or lawyer, and using our products does not create that kind of relationship. For those needs, see a licensed professional. If divorce papers, custody, or money questions come up, talk to a family lawyer in your state.

6. No guaranteed results

Nobody can promise how your marriage will turn out, and we don't. Results differ for everyone. What your spouse decides is up to them. Any stories or examples are not typical results and not a promise of yours.

7. Safety

Our products are not for anyone in an abusive or unsafe relationship, whether you are being hurt or causing harm. - In danger now: call 911. - Thinking about suicide or in crisis: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7). - National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.

8. The AI Text Check

• The Text Check is an AI tool, powered by OpenAI, that suggests whether to send a message. It is not a counselor and it can be wrong. You decide what to send, and you're responsible for what you send.
• It is not monitored by a person. Don't use it for emergencies. Use the numbers in Section 7.
• It follows safety rules. It will refuse, and may point you to crisis resources, if a request involves self-harm, threats, violence, tracking, stalking, or pressuring someone, or breaking a court order.
• Don't paste names, phone numbers, addresses or other private details about anyone.
• It's available to buyers for 30 days after purchase. We may change, limit or end it at any time, and we may cut off access for misuse.
• How pasted texts are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. How you may use our products

When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for yourself. You may not: - Share, resell, copy, post or give away our materials or your login. - Use our products or the Text Check to threaten, track, harass, pressure or control anyone. - Try to break, overload, scrape, or get around limits on the Site or the Text Check. - Use the Site for anything illegal.

10. Our content

All content on the Site and in our products, including text, PDFs, designs and the Steady Husband name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the license in Section 9, you get no rights to it.

11. Emails

When you buy or sign up, you agree to get emails from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email. The admin@steadyhusband.com inbox is not monitored for support, and we don't promise replies or response times. Refunds are self-serve through Whop (Section 4).

12. Other services

The Site relies on outside services such as Whop, Kit, Meta, OpenAI and Manus. We're not responsible for their services, outages or terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, products and Text Check are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be error-free or always available.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make, messages you send, or outcomes in your relationship, family, custody, health or finances. - Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

You agree to cover our costs (including reasonable lawyer fees) if a claim against us results from your misuse of the Site or products or your breaking these Terms.

15. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

• Try first: Before filing a claim, email admin@steadyhusband.com with a description of the issue and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
• Arbitration: If we can't resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), instead of in court. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
• No class actions: You and we agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class, group or representative action.
• Opt out: You can opt out of this arbitration section by emailing admin@steadyhusband.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
• If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this whole arbitration section does not apply.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Steady Husband's owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court case allowed under these Terms will be brought in the courts of that state or in U.S. federal court.

17. Changes and ending access

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new version. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part right away, we don't give up the right to enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
